- You may now choose to insure your DP-2 and DP-3 risk at either replacement cost or actual cash value
- Seasonal risks may be written in the DP-3 program
- The primary policy forms have been updated to the 2002 ISO edition, which automatically includes 20% Fair Rental Value or Additional Living Expense in the DP-2 and DP-3 programs.
Underwriting Changes:
- A combination of fuses and circuit breakers are now acceptable in the DP-3 program
- Lapses over 30 days must be submitted for prior approval.
