| TRANSPORTATION UNDERWRITING CHANGES: |
 
Canal Underwriting Changes
(effective immediately)
- New Canal renewal/anniversary update form instead of renewal application. The new from can be filled out on line at www.fwins.com/applications.php and printed out for the insured's signature.
- New credits for 1-5 and 1-10 power units.
- Fleet risks (new and renewal) will be handled with more flexibility.
- Reduce the designated insured (additional insured fully earned) to $50.00 from $200.00 with a $500.00 policy cap.
- The intermodal charge will be $200.00 per power unit with a $1,000.00 policy cap.
- Canal will be filing new physical damage rates in all states the balance of 2008. They will be looking for ways to write coverage until new rates are filed.
- The company will consider request to charge local premium for those power units that an insured has parked. Insured must show evidence the tags have been turned in. The insured must sign statement that if he gets new tags he will alert agent so unit can be added back on to the policy.

| AMERICAN MODERN COLLECTOR CAR PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS |
Effective May 1, 2008
New coverage/Discount Options:
- Nine to Five Driver - Expands coverage to apply to limited commuting to work. "Limited" is considered less than twice per week and operated solely by the named insured/operator.
- Full Safety Glass - When purchased, no deductible applies to safety glass only losses.
- Additional Spare Parts - Automatic $500 included - Consumers now have the option to add up to $10,000.
- Nationwide Roadside Assistance - Increasing towing coverage to $75.00, introducing Nationwide Roadside Assistance Program. Expands items covered and increase limit to $200 per occurrence. This will be added to all renewals, but is not a required coverage.
- Car Club/Affinity Group Discount - Available to members of an approved Car Club or Affinity Group (10% of entire policy). Proof of membership required.
- Large Collection Discount - Applicable to vehicle collections over $250,000 (20% of comp/coll).
Rate Adjustments and New Deductible Options:
- Liability coverages increased while physical damage rates on newer, exotics, and modifieds were adjusted to be competitive in marketplace.
- $0 deductible option - $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500 and $5,000 are now available for Antique, Classic and Collectible vehicles.
- $1,000 and $2,500 deductibles are now available for Exotics over $100,000 (dependent upon mileage plan and coverage).
