Let's assume you are looking for rain insurance for an event. If you have contacted an underwriter, they may have indicated that you need application number 415. Just enter 415 in the App ID: field and click on 
Then click on the company name: First Western and you should see the listing for AppID 415:

Click on Rain Insurance and the application will open in Adobe Reader. |

If you didn't know the application number, you could put rain in the Application Name: field, click  and it will show you all the companies who have applications that include rain in the application name.
If you try this you will also find an application that has Training in its name, because Training includes rain.
You may also sort by the other fields listed. You may sort by one parameter or mutliple. Try it and see your results! |
